Policies

  1. Exhibitor Badges are for Exhibit Personnel Only in quantities as follows:
    • 5 per 10' x 10'
    • 10 per 10' x 20'
    • 15 per 10' x 30'
    • 20 per 10' x 40' etc.
  2. Badges are to be used only by those individuals working in the show. Exhibitors are required to pre-register their booth personnel. If additional badges are required, over and above what is allocated, they must first be approved by management. Upon approval, a fee of $45 per badge will be required for all additional badges. Please call show management at 562. 802. 7471 to obtain approval. Exhibitors are to check-in and pick up their badges at the Exhibitor Registration Area upon arrival at the Convention Center. No one will be allowed on the show floor without a badge. Each individual will need photo identification, business card or paycheck stub before they can pick up their badge. The exact individual assigned a badge must pick up the badge themselves. Badges will not be dispensed in groups. Only one badge will be issued for each authorized individual. Replacement or lost badges are available for the cost of $10 each.
  3. Badges and work passes are non-transferable. Any person caught with a badge other than their own will have that badge confiscated.
  4. No Children Allowed on the Show Floor
    • For the safety and well being of your family, we do not allow children under 18 years of age during move-in, show days, and move-out. We appreciate your cooperation with this policy.
